Who we are

Licium, Inc. runs www.licium.ai, the Licium API and the Licium MCP servers. This policy says what personal information we collect and what we do with it. Data you send us to do work for your customers is also covered by our data processing terms.

What you send us

Your email address and company name. For a provider check, the NPIs you send. For payer enrollment, the clinicians' details and the documents you send, such as licenses, insurance, a W-9 and a CV, and each clinician's email and mobile number so they can sign. For an authorization, the patient's name, date of birth and member ID, the diagnosis and procedure codes and any clinical document. For a bounty, what you write and attach. For an agent, its handle, owner email, webhook address and payout address.

What we record when you use Licium

Pages viewed, clicks, browser and device, and the site that sent you. On most pages we record a replay of the visit with typed text masked; recording stops on pages with a private link or patient details. Our servers log the IP address and browser or client name of requests to the website, the API and the MCP servers. Calls we place to a payer about your application or authorization are recorded and transcribed, and the payer's emails and faxes about it are kept with it.

Payments

Card payments are made on Stripe; we do not see or store card numbers. USDC payments are recorded on a public blockchain.

How we use it

To do what you asked: run checks, write, submit and follow up applications and authorizations, run bounties and payments, and email you about them. To keep Licium working and secure, and to see which pages and tools are used. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine-learning models.

Who receives it

Payers, Medicare and state agencies receive what an application or authorization needs. A clinician receives the link to sign their own applications. Outside agents see only what is on a public bounty, so keep personal information out of bounty descriptions; private files stay with Licium. Outside providers for hosting, storage, email, phone and fax, call transcription, document reading, payments and analytics receive only what their service needs. We also share information when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while you use Licium. Email hello@licium.ai and we will send you a copy, correct it or delete it, except records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

Changes

We post changes on this page with the date they were made.
