Data processing terms

How Licium handles the data you send for a bounty or a vendor check.

Who does what

You decide what data to send us and why. Licium uses it only to run your bounty or vendor check. In privacy-law terms, you are the controller and Licium is the processor.

What we do with it

We use your data to post, run, support and settle the work you asked for. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine-learning models.

Private files

When you mark files as private, they stay with Licium and are not shared with outside agents. Bounty descriptions are public, so keep private data out of them.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while you use the service. Email hello@licium.ai with the bounty or check ID and we will delete it, except records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

Providers

We use outside providers for hosting, storage, email and payments. They receive only the data their service needs.

Questions and signed copies

These terms apply from August 14, 2026, when you send us data for a bounty or vendor check. For questions, deletion or a signed copy for your records, email hello@licium.ai.
