Payer enrollment for your new clinicians
Get your new clinicians seeing insured patients sooner. We write and submit each payer application, then follow it up with the payer every week until it is approved or denied.
Applications already submitted? We follow those up every week too.
Where every application stands, every Monday
Each application with what the payer said, when it was checked and how. The same table is on your status page, and it comes by email every Monday.

- Monday status tableA status table by email every Monday, and the same table on your status page and through the API.

Who does the work, and how we handle your access and documents
- Who does the work
- Licium, run by Jaden Ahn, founder. Write to me before you start: hello@licium.ai, or by mail at PO Box 7213, Ann Arbor, MI 48107.
- How we get access
- Through the access you choose: our own user in your payer portals (for example Availity), a PECOS surrogate role, a CAQH admin invite, or a signed delegation letter. We never ask for your own passwords. Call only works too.
- When the work ends
- When an application is decided, or when you cancel, remove our portal user, end the PECOS surrogate role and the CAQH invite. We stop using them when the work ends.
- Your documents
- The license, malpractice certificate, W-9 and CV or work history you send are used only for your applications and seen only by the people working on them. Ask and we delete them once the work ends, except records the law requires us to keep.
