Use this server to ground any answer about VA disability claims and appeals in real decided cases instead of recollection. The corpus is 900,000+ published Board of Veterans’ Appeals decisions (2000–2025) plus a directory of VA-accredited representatives. Every decision is public and already anonymized by the Board. Where to start: - "How have appeals like mine gone / what actually matters?" → find_similar_appeals. This is the highest-value tool: it returns the grant/deny/remand breakdown and the grant rate across matching decisions, with examples. - "Is my condition presumptive?" → check_presumptive_conditions (Agent Orange, PACT Act burn pits, Camp Lejeune, radiation, Gulf War). A presumption removes the need to prove a medical nexus, so check it before advising on evidence. - Specific case law or wording → search_bva_decisions.
