Loa Healthcare Pricing

Loa is a U.S. healthcare pricing and provider lookup server for source-labeled Loa data. Use returned data, provenance, source labels, scope, caveats, and estimate flags instead of model priors for CPT code lookup, hospital-specific prices, market pricing, and provider lookup. Do not invent codes, prices, or provider details when Loa returns none. All data is public and non-PHI except submit_entity_update_request, which creates a reviewed provider/entity update request for an authenticated submitter. It captures provider contact and source evidence, records linked-provider status when available, and requires Loa approval before public data changes. The suggest_procedures tool is advisory only and should be followed by code search or pricing lookup.
