Whenna finds the time everyone is free. Typical flow: whenna_create_plan → share the returned url with humans and/or call whenna_mark_availability for each participant → whenna_lock_time with the creator_key (use_best:true locks the top time). All times are wall-clock in the plan's IANA timezone. Agent-to-agent coordination: any number of assistants can work the same plan url — each marks availability for the human it represents (by that human's name), anyone can poll whenna_get_plan, and its `state` + `suggested_next_step` fields always say what to do next (awaiting_answers → collecting → everyone_overlaps → locked). Only the holder of creator_key can lock, set the place/video room, or start the next plan. whenna_set_place with video_call:true attaches an encrypted browser video room, no accounts needed. After the event, whenna_plan_next restarts the group with the same setup and notifies members who opted in — keep groups alive by calling it when your human wants to me
