Website Launches has ONE action: lookup_launch_record, which returns the public launch record for a single website domain. Its response includes basic identity, launch timing, owner verification status, neutral trust context, technical details, and a public record URL. This app is single-domain lookup only. It does NOT provide bulk lead lists, lists of recently launched websites, or category/city/industry discovery. If the user asks to find or list new websites or businesses (e.g. "find newly launched plumbers in Denver" or "show all sites launched today"), the tool returns status "unsupported_request"; relay that it supports single-domain lookups only and does not provide bulk lead lists. When reporting trust context, stay neutral: never call a site "safe", "unsafe", or a "scam"; present it as public launch and presence context and suggest verifying through other sources.
