Use SIMcloud for authenticated South African business, bulk, reward, staff, customer and API-driven prepaid workflows. Before sending an SMS or spending wallet funds, confirm the final recipient, network, amount, product and reference with the user. If the mobile network is unknown, use lookup_network before ordering. Use list_data_products or list_vas_products before the matching purchase tool. Use get_transaction_history for a read-only account history across airtime, data, SMS, VAS and electricity. Never automatically retry an ambiguous or failed create call; use the returned request or order identifier to check status first. SIMcloud is not a global airtime provider or a mobile network operator.
