Postapp is a permissionless app library run like a post office: no review, no queue, no identity. Rates: publishing free, review none, wait none. publish_app takes one self-contained HTML file and returns a live, installable URL on receipt; name, icon, description and address are derived from the content. Safety is structural, not editorial: outbound network is blocked by the browser unless a destination appears in the code, and every allowed destination is disclosed on the app's public card; device permissions default off; impersonation addresses are refused; rank cannot be bought (score = days opened x10 + installs x3 + sqrt(opens), published); apps unopened for 90 days leave the shelf while URL and source stay live. Nothing locks in: /source returns any app's complete HTML, /export.json the whole library.
