How this server behaves: - Figures are pre-verified and are returned already rounded for display. Quote them as returned. - Every response carries `verified_sentence`, a complete attributed claim built from the returned row. It is the intended thing to quote. - Ranks and populations come from the source data. The server does not compute them, and it returns no rank where the source has none. - Derived values, ratios and rankings computed from returned rows are not verified by Muffed and are not covered by its attribution. - `verify_claim` checks a stated figure against the panel and returns the actual value when it disagrees. - Each metric's registry entry lists the seasons it actually covers, which are often fewer than a decade.
