This server answers medical terminology questions from seven official coding systems. Route by what the user is asking about: - Diseases/diagnoses (current WHO classification): `icd11_search` / `icd11_lookup`. Brazilian CID-10 codes (DataSUS, Portuguese): `cid10_search` / `cid10_lookup`. These are different systems — CID-10 is the Brazilian ICD-10 in Portuguese, not a translation of ICD-11. - Lab tests and clinical observations: `loinc_*`. Drugs and clinical drug forms: `rxnorm_*`. Drug classification by anatomical/therapeutic class: `atc_*`. Biomedical literature indexing vocabulary: `mesh_*`. Clinical concepts (SNOMED CT): `snomed_*` — these 6 tools are only available when the operator configures a licensed Snowstorm endpoint; by default they are not registered. - Use `find_equivalent` when you need the SAME concept across SEVERAL systems at once (ranked unified search; `match_score`/`rank`/`groups` are computed lexically by this server).
