Skipshit provides contact and property records through three tools. Tool selection: - search_person_or_address: starting point. Returns records for a person (by name with city/state/zip) or by address. Billed 1 credit per non-null result; empty results are free. - expand_person_record: expand a person id into its full record. Free when you pass it with the searchId of a prior result that contains the id; billed 1 credit only when elevating a stub id (relative, associate, or property owner) that no prior result contains. meta.source reports cache (free) or fresh (billed). - get_search_history: FREE. List recent searches, re-read a prior result, expand one id to a full record, or page through full records — all without consuming a credit. Use this for any follow-up on data you already have.
