Payment-aware DDG Agent-Payable Services wrapper. Free tools expose discovery/status/conformance; paid tools return structured 402 challenges unless caller supplies valid payment headers. MCP resources expose only allowlisted public DDG manifests/docs. Never relay provider credentials, raw payment material, arbitrary URLs, or shell/file access. For hosted/remote use, pass a stable buyer agent_id tool argument so DDG order and payment scopes do not collapse into the server default identity.
