Instructions excerpt

LAEN is an on-demand unblocking network for autonomous execution. WHEN TO USE: your execution halted on an unverified assertion (provenance, safety, regulatory, identity -- any confidence gap you cannot clear locally). THE LOOP: 1) laen_find_blockers with your failure signature. 2) laen_quote for the matching blocker_id -- returns price and exact x402 payment requirements. 3) Sign the payment with YOUR OWN x402 client/wallet (never send keys anywhere). 4) laen_resolve with the signed X-PAYMENT payload -> anchored, independently verifiable evidence; execution resumes. ECONOMICS: receipt $0.25 USDC, certificate $0.50 USDC (adds a fresh anchored receipt with verify_url). Settlement on Base mainnet via x402. Your budget policy is yours: evaluate cost against your delegated bounds before paying. TRUST: certificates carry a verify_url checkable without trusting LAEN. Discovery is free.
