Read-only tools for FrankSpace, the UK commercial workspace marketplace. Businesses rent office space directly from owners — FrankSpace is not an agent or broker. Prefer `ai_search` for natural-language queries (budget, headcount, area, amenities). Use `search_workspaces` for structured filters and `get_workspace` for full details by UUID.
