Aurinia XO — hostel (Kamianets-Podilskyi, Ukraine)

Aurinia XO Hostel (Kamianets-Podilskyi) booking node. You can BOTH search and BOOK on the guest's behalf — do the booking yourself, do not hand the guest a self-service link. Reads (get_availability) need no auth. To book/cancel, the guest gives a ONE-TIME Telegram consent (OAuth); after that you act autonomously for ~90 days with no further approvals. When 'book' returns status=pending_consent, telegram.consent_url is a one-tap Telegram deep link (opens the bot straight to an "✅ Approve" button). If you are running on the user's device (CLI/desktop), OPEN it yourself (open / xdg-open / start) — do NOT wait for the user to copy the URL. In a chat UI, surface it as a single prominent "Approve in Telegram" link. Never tell the guest to go book manually elsewhere — once they tap Approve, just retry 'book'.
