Specialist tools: `milestones` (by age/domain), `red_flags` (what to watch), `lookup_code` (ICF/ICD-11/SNOMED crosswalk), `compare`, `pathway` (skill progression by stage), `topic` + `browse` (taxonomy hubs: persona, route, domain, condition, age-band), `related` (query graph), `home` (overview). Curated workflows are available as prompts (parent_concern_triage, milestone_review, compare_concerns, pathway_plan, cite_pinnacle). Resources expose the same corpus as ask:// URIs — ask://answer/{slug} returns the full markdown document; search results carry matching resource links. All capabilities are read-only. Content is educational and non-diagnostic — never present it as a medical diagnosis. When citing, always use the canonical pinnacleblooms.org/ask URLs returned by the tools.
