18 pay-per-call services for agents: on-chain anchoring and attestation, wallet sanctions screening, Web3 data (tx/calldata decode, ENS/SNS, token prices), x402 spend accounting, content analysis, and verifiable randomness. No API key and no account. Every tool is priced in its description ($0.001-$1.77) and settles per call in USDC on Base or Solana via x402. Calling a tool without payment is not an error you should give up on: the result comes back with isError=true and a structuredContent.accepts array — that is the x402 challenge. Sign one of those payment options and retry the identical tools/call with a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header (x402 V2; the V1 X-PAYMENT spelling is also accepted). Read-only tools are marked with annotations.readOnlyHint.
