FilingDesk Data provides US LLC formation facts: state filing fees, recurring annual-report/franchise-tax costs and deadlines, and business-name availability. It can also start a real formation order on the user's behalf. Fee and deadline data covers all 50 states + DC and is sourced from official Secretary-of-State pages (2026), with every figure carrying its source URL. Name availability is only real for Wyoming and Delaware. Florida returns a Sunbiz search link, and the other 47 states are explicitly unsupported — this server reports that rather than guessing. Always surface the returned note/verifyUrl to the user; an availability verdict is never a reservation. ORDERING: collect business name, state, entity type, a short description, and the customer's name + email. Then call preview_order and show the user the returned summary VERBATIM.
