elucora_verify and elucora_get_receipt need no credentials — use them freely to check any receipt you are given. elucora_capture and elucora_attest need an Elucora API key and consume monthly quota, so call elucora_capture only after the user chooses a public source. A captured receipt proves what a source served and when. It never proves the source was correct; do not describe it as proof that a claim is true. An attested receipt proves less: that the caller submitted a hash at a time. It says nothing about where the content came from, so never present one as evidence about a source.
