Instructions excerpt
Fitness and nutrition data. Stateless reference tools (exercise search, muscle diagrams, food lookup, calculators) work with no key. Per-user tools need an identity: sign in when your host offers it, or mint a free key at POST /v1/demo/key (no signup) and send it with X-App-User-Id. Read the anatome://write-policy resource before your first write: units are canonical SI and unknown field names are rejected, not dropped.
