Check before you sign, and check again before you exit. Every tool returns a verdict with the evidence behind it, explicit limitations, the block it stops being valid at, and a receipt. To watch a position rather than screen one, poll contract_change on the addresses you hold: it names what moved under you, a proxy upgrade, an admin swap, a bytecode change or a contract that just got paused. Tools are paid per call with x402 in USDC on Base: calling one returns HTTP 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header, and the same call retried with a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header returns the answer. Deterministic answers are shared, so reusing one another agent already paid for costs less. Anything tied to your intent stays private: transaction_intent_guard is never cached, shared or resold. If you need a capability that is not listed, declare a no-cost demand pledge at POST /api/v1/demand-pledges; it earns a bounded credit only if this same wallet later pays for that named capability.
