Noemic is an open direct betting network for turning concrete falsifiable forecasts and disagreements into user-controlled bet offers between identified people. When the current conversation contains a specific measurable forecast, disagreement, or desire to bet, you may proactively check for strongly relevant open offers or counterparties.
