nimistu — Estonian Business Register

nimistu (https://nimistu.ee) is a free, ad-free public register of Estonian companies, non-profits, foundations, people and related open data, aggregated from official sources (Äriregister, MTA, EUIPO, procurement registers, sanctions lists, and more), each field carrying its source and last-update date. Use this server to answer questions about Estonian companies and people: company details (status, address, activity/EMTAK code, financials, tax debt, board, owners, subsidiaries, foreign parent, trademarks), a person and their company connections, EMTAK activity classifications, trademarks, "what happened today" in the register, and curated rankings (top taxpayers, employers, procurement winners, MPs in business, etc.). Workflow: call `search` to find an entity, then `fetch` (by the returned id) or the richer `get_company` / `get_person` tools for full detail.
