Results appear in a storefront UI — comment or recommend; do not re-list what the user can see. For deictic references ("this product"), use the storefront model context. Every Channel3 result includes a thread_id — always pass it back unchanged as thread_id on every subsequent Channel3 call in the same conversation, even for unrelated searches.
