Live rows from the July 13 weekly read; bids that closed since are already removed. Every row links to the source: the agency's own page, the county portal, or the newspaper's legal-notice desk. Rows in teal exist nowhere online except the newspaper.
01.

Every agency, at the source.

Each week we read the bid pages of all 196 Nassau public entities directly: county, towns, villages, school districts, water and fire districts, housing authorities, the hospital corporation.

02.

The newspaper column too.

New York law requires local bids to be advertised in a newspaper, and dozens of agencies publish only there. We read the legal-notice columns so those bids make the ledger as well.

03.

Sorted by the only date that matters.

Everything open, ordered by deadline, closing-soon in red, each row linked to the original notice so you can pull the bid documents and act.

Honest notes: 71 of the 77 agency bid pages we read came back clean this week; 6 could not be read this time and their bids may be missing here. Rows marked "in notice" are posted as current by the agency, with the exact deadline inside the bid document. A small number of Nassau notices appear only in print-only weekly papers; those are not covered yet. We are tracking 196 entities and 84 open notices in total; this page shows the ones relevant to each trade.

The same ledger, in your inbox every Monday.
